Medium depth. Clean, bright. Ruby red colour with purple iridescence on the rims. On the nose, intense, fresh. The vegetal aroma (pepper) combines perfectly with the fruit aromas (pomegranate, plum, blackcurrant, blackcurrant, black fruit) that appear later. In the background, the notes of its time in oak (vanilla and roasted coffee) are perceived. On the mouth, young. Structured, full-bodied. Very smooth tannin. Fruity sensation. Pleasant in the mouth, balanced. Long aftertaste. Reminiscences of black fruit and, very subtly, of the toast from the barrel. It matches very well with ham tapas, spanish potato omelette. It can also be combined with rabas (fried squid) and fried fish.

Barrel aged in American Oak for 12 months, flavours of cherries, plums and dark chocolate with spicy oak notes.

The wine is a deep red, exhibiting lifted cherry, raspberry and plum characters on the nose, complexed with charry and chocolate characters and subtle dried herb notes. Plum and cherry flavour comes through on the palate which is sweet and rich with supple tannins, hints of herbs and subtle oak influence.
