In the background, the notes of its time in oak (vanilla and roasted coffee) are perceived. On the mouth, young. Structured, full-bodied. Very smooth tannin. Fruity sensation. Pleasant in the mouth, balanced. Long aftertaste. Reminiscences of black fruit and, very subtly, of the toast from the barrel. It matches very well with ham tapas, spanish potato omelette.
