The assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals, 20 to 30% of which from specially selected reserve wines to enhance its intensity, subtlety and constancy.

The palate is creamy and laced with white stone fruits and the finish is finely bubbled, persistent and tending dry.
