Tavernello Organico Syrah Terre Siciliane IGT is a rich and full-bodied red wine, made from Syrah grapes that comes from Sicily, in Southern Italy. Dark cherries and blackberries notes together with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, it is a perfect match to lasagne, spaghetti and meatballs.

An inviting olfactory landscape delineated by hints of red and black cherry, plum and dark chocolate; a touch of black pepper follows. Warm, round, solidly-structured taste with a perfectly blended tannic vein. Closes with traces of licorice.

Carmen Gran Reserva is a Single Vineyard & Estate grown wine range. The grapes that give rise to Gran Reserva are grown in carefully selected blocks for wines with great character and expression. Deep and intense ruby-red in colour. The nose presents aromas of black currants, blackberries, and licorice with smooth, elegant cedar notes. The palate is very rich and generous yet fresh and vibrant at the same time. The wine has abundant fruit and firm tannins that lend structure and depth.

The Parson is a lively berry-scented drop with a hint of black pepper on the nose. Shiraz fruit floods the mouth with good depth and persistence, finishing dry and firm.

Finla Mor is grown on selected vineyards in the Cromwell basin. The vineyards are all planted on elevated terraces in the Lowburn and Parkburn areas. Each of the vineyards feature a mix of the alluvial schist based soils giving the wine its purity and minerality. Each vineyard is hand harvested and fermented in small lots. Expressive aromas of red cherry and plum fruits, with black spice and savoury notes. Good fruit and structure on the palate, with a plump mid palate featuring ripe cherry and soft spice, developing to savoury and herby notes on the finish.
