The aromatics are fresh and expressive with pink grapefruit, passionfruit, elderflower and gentle herbal notes with elements of richer tropical fruits. The palate is medium weight, gentle and fresh with excellent flavour persistence. This is complimented by underlying flinty and mineral notes.

Finished in stout seasoned whiskey casks. This triple distilled blend delivers notes of sweet cocoa, coffee and butterscotch.
