This Blossom Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals, always exercising restraint in the pursuit of clarity and perfection. The fruits of this endeavour are born out in the delicate blossom aromas that emulate those found in the mountains and coastline surrounding our home in Kagoshima.

Inspired by his family's sense of adventure, Johnny strove to create his own signature blend of gin: a tribute to his English distilling heritage, and an homage to the enigmatic beauty of his wife's South African homeland.

Inspired by the citrus groves of Spain this handcrafted gin is infused with Iberian Pink Grapefruit.

The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to a smooth English gin base whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.
