The 76th vintage in the history of the House, Grand Vintage 2015 is distinctive for its brilliance, tender bouquet and enveloping palate. 2015 was a harvest of exceptional red-skinned grapes. They showed remarkable maturity with a powerful, fruity nose and full-bodied finish. Dry, ripe and healthy years suit the Pinot Noir, which is a major component of this blend.

Ice Impérial, the first and only champagne especially created to be enjoyed over ice. A new champagne experience combining fun, fresh and free sensations while remaining true to the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. The broad, fleshy, voluptuous flavour of a fresh fruit salad. The captivating sweetness of caramel and quince jelly. The refreshing acidity of grapefruit and ginger notes.

Lively and generous Moët & Chandon nectar impérial distinguishes itself by its tropical fruitiness, its richness on the palate and its crisp finish, that instantly surprise and delight. Referred to as a demi-sec (semi dry), nectar impérial is a sweeter, more adventurous style. Exhibiting creme caramel flavours and lovely texture it is perfect with sticky date pudding.

Rosé Impérial is a spontaneous, radiant, romantic expression of the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. The assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals, 20 to 30% of which from specially selected reserve wines to enhance its intensity, subtlety and constancy.

Silvery gold in the glass, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is a vibrant, stylish cuvée characterised by delicate floral aromas, rounded out by fresh fruit and hints of buttery brioche and vanilla. Though crisp and light, it combines freshness with a lingeringly rich, generous finish, preserving its distinctive balance and harmony to the very end.

The nose is reminiscent of a bright, fresh morning during early Spring. Notes of citrus fruits, Granny Smith apple and subtle hints of warm toastiness follow spring blossoms such as hawthorn. The palate is lively and fresh, with more mature notes of pineapple, nutmeg, white pepper and oriental zest.

Few champagne houses remain in family hands. The impressively-pedigreed Pol Roger is one of them. Residing in the heart of Epernay with cellars running below the Avenue de Champagne for over seven kilometres, they are highly-skilled vinous alchemists in possession of an exquisite collection of wines. On the nose: yellow and white fruits, then notes of vanilla and later of brioche. On the palate: freshness and strength while pear and lemon tastes appear.
