This French Espresso Martini Stout has arrived just in time for the party season. The origins of this recipe take you back to the late nights of the 1980's where a famous model asked London Bartender Dick Bradel to create a drink that would 'wake her up'. Dry hopped using New Zealand and USA hops for a super-fresh, super vibrant aroma, with a super-crisp, super-quenching finish.

The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

As a young man, Richard Emerson was a huge fan of the Dunedin Sound. Being deaf, he couldn't hear the music, but he could feel it. From the jangling guitars reverberating through the speakers, to the buzz reverberating through the gigs.
