This is an elegant wine with intense tropical and stone fruit aromatics with delicate citrus and floral notes, full flavoured and textured.

Lifted 'riper green' aromas of blackcurrant leaf, nettle, and jalapeño. There are also notes of grapefruit, guava, and passionfruit. This is a medium bodied wine with finely balanced acidity, and bursting with fragrant fruit flavours that persist on the long, clean, crisp finish.

Naturally lighter in alcohol at 9.5%, Wither Hills Early Light Sauvignon Blanc shows succulent tropical fruit flavours and a zingy citrus backbone. Fruit for our Early Light range of wines is harvested early to capture optimum flavour ripeness whilst reducing the levels of naturally occurring sugar. This lower level of sugar means less alcohol is converted resulting in a lighter in alcohol style of wine.
