Our flagship wine, this is a fruit-driven and expressive Sauvignon Blanc, grown from premium vineyards across the world-famous Marlborough region of New Zealand. Perfect with seafood, salads, and goat cheese.

Picton Bay Sauvignon Blanc is a pure expression of Marlborough. It's fermented in stainless steel so no oaky or buttery characters are present to mask the intensely aromatic aromatics. It's a wine that's made in the vineyard.

The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from their vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.

Bright, pure, well-etched fruit defines this delicious wine. Bursts of lemon and lime, peach and ripe apple are almost jammy, punctuated by high acidity, which heightens the spicy palate. A dollop of sweetness completes the package.

Aromas of lifted, ripe tropical fruit among a mingling of citrus peel, with some exotic guava in the background. The delicate oak influence underpins the fruit on the nose and in the palate gives an immediate softness and accessibility. Squealing Pig is a tale about a pig who wanted more from life than just his pig pen and went on an adventure to Marlborough and Central Otago seeking out wines with a difference.

This wine exhibits aromas of tropical fruit, fresh pineapple and passionfruit with underlying citrus notes. Honeydew melon and grapefruit zest are overlaid with tropical fruit and a rich, weighty structure. This wine has natural weight and concentration and finishes with a flinty stone minerality.
