The distillation and aging process takes place in the Caribbean where the rum matures in oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years before it is carbon filtered and carefully blended by hand. The result is hints of cocoa and fruit on the nose with a sweet and delicate finish in the mouth.
This is a dry style Spiced Rum - less of the sweet, more of the spice! A combination of Coffee, Cacao, Cinnamon, Allspice, Vanilla & Caramel produce a delicious warm combination with a smokey finish. Perfect neat or with a cola.
