What's a Cold IPA I hear you say? made from an IPA-size mash, with an IPA-size hop dose but fermented with a lager yeast at an ale fermentation temperature. The result is dry, clean and crisp, golden-straw in colour, and smooth in the mouth, creating the perfect base for the citrus and tropical-punch hop flavours of New Zealand Southern Cross and US Cryo-Citra and Cryo-Simcoe.

XPA is Brothers ultimate beer-lover's ale, featuring Mosaic, Motueka and Citra - on a base of Heidelberg malt with just a touch of wheat. The ABV is kept at 4.6%, just in case you fancy a second tin. A go-to beer to enjoy any time, tastes especially good after sport and when catching up with mates.

The resulting beer starts with a long malt base, heavy with oats and wheat, fermented with an East Coast yeast. NZ grown Nelson Sauvin was used in the boil then again for late hopping along with American hops Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7. The result is Italian Job Hazy IPA - a delicious NZ / Italian / American mash up. This IPA is hazy and deep ochre in colour with lingering sweetness from yeast, overlaid with intense tropical flavour and hop aroma.

Well let me tell you this new beer from them bruvas brewery fellas is the real deal. They used a load of different malt so it packs a punch. And it's left nice and hazy 'cos none of the tasty gunk gets taken out. What tasty gunk? Thats them hops they add in, loads and loads of Ekuanot and Mosaic. I reckon this is the best beer ever made.
