Of the dozens of unique wheat beer styles out of Europe the two most popular are the Belgian witbier, and the German hefeweizen or weissbier. Both styles are smooth and cloudy, and both derive much of their signature flavour from their yeast. The hefeweizen is best known for its characteristic flavours of banana and cloves, which we reckon makes it even tastier than its Belgian cousin.

Sold in over 120 countries world-wide, Beck's is to this day brewed according to Reinheitsgebot - the German Purity Law - and states that only 4 natural ingredients can be used in its brewing; barley, hops, yeast and water. We made a bit more than a keg this time round, so we needed A LOT more pickle juice. Enjoy an out of this universe Pickle Sour mixed with McClure's Sweet and Spicy Pickle Juice. Sometimes when you're getting things done in New Zealand's humidity you just want something cold & refreshing that's smashable without getting you smashed. Here in your hand is a beautiful Low Carb Pale Ale. Wait, yes you read that correctly, Low Carb, in fact it's more than 40% less carbs than our Chur! Pale Ale. So you don't have to feel guilty about drinking more than 1, we think that's pretty chur. We have brewed this beer to be big on drinkability but also massive on aroma and flavour. Perfect to crack open after doing some chores or even the first beer after a long day at work. We have brewed this beer with Pale and Vienna malts to finish super dry then hopped it with a load of our favourite American and NZ hops. So, what're you still doing reading this? Something Hoppy is an India Pale Ale made with Citra, Azacca, and El Dorado hops that meld over a lovely malt cushion. Sometimes all you need is something hoppy and this is the beer for those times. To be fair, most times are those times.
